1 Head of Broccoli Rabe
- 3 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Tsp. of Salt
- 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp of Red Crushed Pepper
- 1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Large Pizza Dough
- Snap off stems of broccoli rabe ends , and discard. Break and peel leaves and ends of remaining stalk. Give a rough chop, enough for bite size pieces. Bring a pot water to a rolling boil, place rinsed Broccoli Rabe in water for seven to eight minutes or till fork tender, and drain. Saute drained broccoli rabe in EVO, add chopped garlic and remaining ingredients. Take your pizza dough divide in half fit into a 9″ pie plate lightly coated with non stick spray. With remaining half of pizza dough cover and seal all edges closed. Brush the sealed pie with extra virgin olive oil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for thirty minutes or until golden brown.
